Leiths Natural Stone are hiring for a new General Manager based out of Oldmeldrum.

Key Responsibilities Include:

 - Indentify and prepare Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work and Health and Safety at Work Legislation

 - Responsible for planning, progress and standards of work while maximizing utilisation of labour, plant and materials.

 - Achieve production targets and accurately report sales, stocks, finances and profit related targets.

 - Ensure all factory and imported products are produced to the highest standard and comply with customer specification

 - Establish and maintain standards of performance and conduct in relation to productivity and discipline as well as undertaking annual appraisals for all employees

The successful candidate would ideally have industry experience, be organised and have previous managerial experiences.
