Charles W Michie Ltd.

The Company is pleased to announce that they have reached agreement with Carolyn Michie, Managing Director of Charles W Michie Ltd for the transfer of their haulage business to the Leiths Group as from 30 September 2011.

Simon Russell, Group CEO, said of the acquisition, "Michies are a long established and respected Aberdeen haulage company with extensive experience in both powder tanker and bulk tip haulage. The business will be an excellent fit with our own transport operations in the northeast of Scotland, and we are pleased to welcome the Michie employees who will be transferring over to Leiths."
