Jim Cruickshank reaches 65 at Leiths

Leiths

On 28 April 2016, aged 65, Jim completed his final day within the Distribution Office at our Head Office in Cove. However, opting to keep working, Jim has transferred to Joss at Loch-Hills Quarry in Dyce to become a loading shovel operator.

Jim joined Leiths when the company acquired the Michie Business in 2011.  For the past five years, Jim has ran our powder tank fleet in Aberdeen and managed the salt distribution throughout the entire north east of Scotland.

On reaching this special milestone, Leiths presented Jim with a bottle of Malt and a birthday cake to help celebrate his big day on Thursday 21 April 2016.

Jim being presented with his cake by Grant Milne, Managing Director of the Quarries Division.

Jim has been a loyal and dedicated employee for the business and we are fortunate he is continuing his employment within the Group.

Thanks Jim for your committed service to the business and we look forward to many more years to come over at Loch-Hills.

Jim is pictured receiving his farewell cards from his many friends and colleagues at head office.
